About the event
Learn how to tie y hangers and epsilon on a harness. Learn super munter and figure 8 lock off. Learn lifting techniques. Knowledge of a suspendible harness is a prerequisite. Class can be conducted with a partner or heavy bag. Community rope for use if needed.
