About the event
This workshop will go over Upline Management and partial ties such as Futos, single columns, thigh cuffs, basic chest. Rope required 2 POSH/NYLON 30ft for uplines and 3-5 Jute/Nylon for body. We always have community rope to share if you don't have any and safety shears. This workshop will be a PREREQUISITE for BASIC then ADVANCED suspension classes in the next 2 months.
