About the event
This workshop will go over Upline Management refresher and partial ties such as Futos, single columns, thigh cuffs, basic chest. Should have knowledge of chest and hip harness. Rope required 2 POSH/NYLON 30ft for uplines and 4-6 Jute/Nylon for body. We always have community rope to share if you don't have any and safety shears. This workshop will be a PREREQUISITE for ADVANCED suspension classes in the next month.
